TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (Code : TC)

At this moment our client is looking for best talents to fill the vacant position of TECHNICAL CONSULTANT, with responsibility and qualification as described below :
Responsibilities

Proactively partner with Senior Technical Consultant to provide :
-
Technical support TAC1 to customers using [Client] products in Indonesia or South-East Asia
-
High level support operations management by organizing all levels of intervention (Customers, local partners, local providers, [CLIENT]TAC2 and TAC3)
-
Quality of Service to the final Customer monitoring and management by technical audit and preventive maintenance
-
Basic programming development in order to improve support quality to the Customer (audit, alarms, small requests, work around, etc
)
-
Proactively partner with Sales and Project departments to provide :
-
Logistic and technical support to Project Engineers and managers installing new products in Indonesia.

Technical information to Sales engineers to prepare the most customized sales proposal in conjunction with the current project status.
Requirements

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Telecommunication technical support preferably in Indonesia
-
Having deep understanding on value added services for TELCOS (UMS, Prepaid, Call Centres, Portals, SMS
)
-
Having deep knowledges in GSM protocols (MAP, ISUP,
), Database administration (SQL, Informix, Oracle,
) , C and C++ programming and UNIX servers administration (Solaris, SINIX,
).

Ability to make complete and detailed technical reports (Word, XL, PowerPoint,
)

Excellent communication skills (in English and Indonesia), both written and verbal
-
Bachelor's Degree in telecommunication/computing field
-
Mobility outside Jakarta and Indonesia

Responsibility:

delivery of standard CLIENT marketing presentations

discussions on CLIENT architecture, products, solutions and competitive advantages. addressing customer questions in a comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction

representation of CLIENT and its products at industry events

perform relevant demo over CLIENT

strategize and cooperate with Business Development Representatives on sales campaigns, plan objectives and coordinate roles for individual sales calls - anticipate issue

be prepared, be competitive - prior to first call understand: prospect company and industry, business problem and potential fit with CLIENT products

to prepare the sales proposal in conjunction with the technical teams,

participate in account review sessions.
Qualification:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales or pre-sales support preferably in Indonesia focused CLIENT company

Ability to link product/solution features to business benefits and customer requirements

Ability to perform needs assessment and handle technical objections

Excellent communication skills (in English and Indonesia), both written and verbal
