Role and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a compliance training program for new employee induction and existing employees
• Develop a program to monitor adherence to establish policy and procedures
• Maintain liaison with local legal counsel to monitor applicable developments under Indonesian law
• Evaluate and update local legal counsel to monitor applicable developments under Indonesian law
• Evaluate and update local legal policy and procedure to ensure coherence with evolving S-P standards
• Develop a core audit program to evaluate the integrity of key internal controls on a periodic basis
• Perform ad hoc audits as directed by the Finance Director and General Manager

Reporting to :

• General Manager – Indonesia
• Regional Compliance Director – Asia

Requirement :

• Minimum 4 years experience in Finance/Accounting/Legal in a pharmaceutical company environment
• Depth knowledge about the code of ethics and other local Indonesian and global regulations (e.g. SOX) that influence pharmaceutical market environment
• Mature personality which focuses on personal integrity, social values, leadership that demonstrate courage to ensure implementation of compliance within the company, while fostering long term performance of the company
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship, as well as, willingness to constantly collaborate with others to find best business solutions within the compliance framework
• Good coaching and presentation skill to educate and develop employees knowledge and desire to embrace compliance as their way of doing things right
