Operations Support Manager (OSM)

Main Purpose of Role :
To provide operations support to the operations of Contract Logistic
in order to provide stability, performance improvement and
operations analysis. To proactively manage site operations,
addressing ongoing operational issues at all levels, liasing with
the operational management team and staff to achieve this.
General Requirements :
-Minimum S1 graduated from reputable university
-Having customer focus personality and good client management skills
-Ability to manage and prioritise workload in order to achieve
internal and external customer deadlines
-Ability to problem-solve and make judgements
-Ability to provide regular and concise reporting & control
information
-Good interpersonal skill and excellent verbal and written
communication at all levels
-Fluent in English and Computer literate
Specific Requirements :
-Having strong management skills
-Having experience in similar position is preferred
-Having experience of logistic/distribution processes and supporting
systems, experience of WMS's and WMS implementation is preferred
