The Role
· Provide administrative support
· Assist and support Managing Director in conducting his daily operation
Qualification / Experience:
· Min. 3 years experience as GM Assistant/Personal Assistant
· D3 degree any field/Language academy/Secretarial studies. Possessing S1 degree would be an advantage.
· Proficiency in English
· Skills and Personality
-Well versed with Computer especially Power Point, email, Microsoft Visio, Excel and other work related programs
-Typing skill (fast, correct and neat)
-Has initiative, a fast-learner, dedicated and loyal
-Goal and result oriented, organized
-Team work, social acceptance/friendliness
-Keep confidentiality, like helping people
-Good interpersonal skills & Service oriented
