Brand Manager (BM- Telco)
Qualification :
Bachelor Degree in with minimum 3-5 years experience in leading edge consumer marketing field, at least 1 year at the same position, in well known respectable FMCG / Telecommunication company.
Job Description :
Brand strategy: To define and execute the brand strategies in cooperation and under supervision of his/her Supervisor in line with brand guidelines. Responsible for further development of the brand/product includes the entire marketing mix.
Marketing plan : Responsible to develop and achieve 3 years, annual and quarterly marketing plan, includes the evaluation and – if need be ; adaptation of all marketing mix factors as well as responsibility for sales target, marketing expenditure, profitability and market share objective.
Controlling Marketing plan : Responsible for controlling marketing plan ; constantly monitor data such as market share, market trends, target group, competitors’ activities, sales and marketing expenditure. Travel at regular interval for direct marketing monitoring and direct communication with sales force, distributor and customers.
A & P Activities: To prepare advertising, creative and media strategies, briefings and coordinates the job progress with advertising agencies. Monitor product advertising and promotional activities to ensure remaining within the approved plan and budget.
Projects; New Product Development. Responsible for projects (new product/re-launches) together with project team (R&D, QC, Purchasing etc)
Product supplies: Responsible for preparing and updating rolling forecast every month considering sales/stock report and sales target.
Product/market research: Responsible for any product/market research relates to the brand in cooperation with third parties agencies (in house marketing research).
