Our client, a fast growing finance company in Indonesia, is currently seeking for the following position:

BRANCH MANAGER(BM)

Surabaya Office

DESCRIPTIONS:

The incumbent responsible for managing business goals and objectives of the branch and identify and secure the resources (personnel, equipment, etc.) needed to accomplish those goals. Responsibilities include directing and supervising all his branch activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Male, age between 35 – 40 years old

· University graduate (min. S1) of any discipline

· Min. 3 years similar experience

· Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, interpersonal and presentation skill

· Good analytical thinking, planning and organizing

· Excellent English communication skill (both oral and written)

· Independent, self motivated and able to work under pressure

· Possess extensive business network especially with dealers

· Able to work as individual as well as in a team
