Vacancy for Welding Training Officer

On present Our Client is General Contractor in Coal Mining, Gold Mining, Oil and Gas, Power Plant, Road Construction, Pipe Line Project is seeking a high qualified candidate for the following position :

POSITION TITLE : WELDING TRAINING OFFICER ("WTO")

Responsibilities :

Provide Company personnel within the plant department in mining, process engineering and construction industry with welding, pipefitting skills and allied training in order to increase the safety performance, productivity, capability and proficiency of Company personnel.

Requirements :

● Recognized Trade and / or relevant engineering qualifications.
● Minimum 6G Welder with MIGAS certification.
● Certification IV in Training or equivalent teaching qualification is desirable.
● Minimum 5 years industrial experience working within the mining, oil and gas sector.
● Experience in plate and pipe welding (100% NDT failures).
● Experience in welding pipe and plate & fitting small and large bore pipe in a construction environment.
● Experience in the delivery of formal training.
● Previous Supervisory experience held in high regard.
● Good communications skills - written & verbal, English and Bahasa Indonesian.
● Personal Impact & effectiveness, innovation & initiative.
● Teamwork - works effectively with others and relates to colleagues and trainees.
