I. Membership Admin Staff
General Qualifications:
- Female 25- 35 years
- Fluent in English both written and spoken is a must
- Must have excellent administration skills
- Able to work independent, proactive, energetic, and full idea
- Reliable, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong accounting knowledge is a must
- Purchasing knowledge is a plus
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure accuracy and timely monthly clubs reports.
- Liaise with club administrators relate to clubs issues.
- Conducting club data reconciliation and updated club analysis.
- Assist Membership Admin Manager tasks related to clubs matters.
II. HR Assistant
General Qualifications:
- Female, maximum 28 years
- Have experience in Human Resources minimum 1 years
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of labor law and legal requirements
- Able to work independent, proactive, energetic and full idea
- Reliable, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer staffs leave and other employment data
- Prepare staff contract and administer staff insurance
- Manage payroll data, and other HR related
