HR Manager for Corporate

Report to Deputy General Manager

Location Jakarta, Indonesia

Job Purpose :

To develop and implement a framework of Human Resources functions to support the achievement of company objectives and to provide an effective Industrial Services

1. Male / Female, Age 35 – 40 years old
2. Professionally qualified or University graduated in related discipline with experience of operating at senior level with at least ten years experiences.
3. Knowledge of best practice in Human Resources tools and techniques.
4. Able to develop and manage a frame of Human Resources policies and practice covering all aspects of Human Resources Management, Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Management. Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefit to contribute to the achievement of company objectives.
5. Experiences of Managing HR System including Budgeting Manpower, Training and Developing.
6. To establish a good relationship with external parties such as Manpower Department, Local Government, etc.
7. Excellent relationship management skills
8. Effective of leading and motivating a team and team player
9. Proficient written and oral English and Computer Literature.
