Our client manages overseas property-casualty operations, the most extensive foreign network of any insurance organization. And they continue to capitalize on opportunities in global markets and growing intraregional trade. Aligning with their growth in the region, they are now looking for a smart, hands on and committed individual to join their organization as:

PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

You will be mainly give extensive change to support the company's aggressive expansion plan and at the same time also committed to continuously growing people to fulfill their development needs. Your areas of concentration include talent management, learning, leadership and change management, organization effectiveness and culture.

As an ideal candidate, you have a degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline with a Master Degree preferred and a minimum of 8 years of training, organizational development and instructional design experience with at least 5 years in a leadership position. You have an extensive knowledge and experience in performance management processes, competency-based talent management systems, assessment, learning, coaching, succession planning, change management, and corporate culture with an ability to design, plan, organize and implement learning and development programs. You are proactive, aggressive and innovative person who is committed to teamwork. Good interpersonal and communication skill coupled with excellent presentation skills in English is prerequisite.
