One of my clients, a multinational company, US based, is currently looking for:
Human Resources Manager
Reporting to the HR Director, your main responsibility is all HR functions except compensation and benefit. You will also in charge for people development and organization. The responsibilities include managing and monitoring budget given by the management and also providing report and presentation regarding the HR management program to the Board of Directors (Expatriate).
You are a university graduate majoring in psychology from reputable local university and/ or overseas graduated. You have exposed working in teams, with a minimum of 5 years in HR Department in a multinational company, preferably from US/ Europe based company. You are a person with good personality who is creative, solution oriented with mature nature. Key attributes for this position would be sound communication fluently in English.
