Vacancy in Pekanbaru - Administrative Assistant

Our Client, a Multi National Company urgently need a position as Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities –

  1. Do administrative duties in her/his daily activity day to day.
  2. Responsible for logistic support function and all its associated sub functions.
  3. Responsible for make invoice and all its associated sub functions.
  4. And other related duties relate in Administration function.

Prerequisites –

a. Having a Degree in Business Administration / Economic

b. Male / Female, age 25 – 40 years

c. Experience in handling administration – Invoice / Receivables.

d. Able to communicate and Writing in English is a must

e. Computer literacy

f. The candidate shall domicile at Pekanbaru
