- Female
- Max 25 years old
- Diploma holder in any discipline
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Basic knowledge computer
- Well spoken and written English is your advantage
- Able to communicate well and comfortable with people
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Excellent telephony and communication skills and
able to interact effectively with customers

Job responsibilities :

- Handling of customer's enquiries and complaints and
provide effective solutions to the problems
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Other administrative duties
