And now during our expansion, we are looking for our team member to be placed in Jimbaran area:
1. Residence Manager (RM) 6. FB Services Supervisor (FBS)
2. Head of Rooms (HRM) 7. HR Officer (HRO)
3. Marketing Executive (ME) 8.
4. Head of F & B (HFB) 9. Personal Assistant (PA)
5. SPA Manager (SPA)
Job Qualifications :
No. 1
– Min. 4 years of experience in Private Villa, or Boutique Hotel in similar position, with 1 yr experience as Operations Manager
– Have a strong background in Housekeeping or Sales and Marketing
No. 2 - 5
§ Min. 3 yrs experience in Villa, or Boutique Hotel as :
– Rooms, Housekeeping, or Front Office Manager (no.2) - F&B Assistant Manager (no.4)
– SPA Supervisor, or SPA Manager. Deep knowledge of SPA products and treatments (no.5)
No. 6 – 9
§ Min. 1 yrs experience as Assistant FB Manager (no. 6)
§ Min. 2 yrs as HR/ P&T Officer, knowledge in implementation of Competency- Based HR (no. 7)
§ Min. 1 yrs experience as
§ Min. 2 yrs experience as Secretary, with good clerical skills (no. 9)
Job Requirements :
– Good command in English (all positions) - Degree in related subject (For and Japanese is a MUST (no. 7),
– Other language such as Chinese or
would be an ADVANTAGE (all positions).
