Therefore, to achieve the mission, we invite talented, highly motivated and good interpersonal skill individual to join our team for the following opening:

Post : Measurement Specialist (MSC)

[Scope of work]

  1. Provides technical advice and support to other department in COMPANY pertaining to the gas measurement system includes design, operation & maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration.

  2. Provide advice and recommendation on gas measurement technical problems encountered and exercise initiative and independent judgments within limits of capabilities in recognizing and correcting problems particularly when dealing with system committee, Shippers and Customers.
  3. Establish communication and working closely with Calibration Agent, Shipper, Customer pertaining to the day to day gas measurement issues and report to System Committee.
  4. Monitor overall performance, capability and efficiency of any gas measurement stations undertaking by company in the perspective of billing dispute, measurement reliability and tolerable custody transfer parameter record.
  5. Coordinate and schedule activities of personnel in area of gas measurement joint calibration and validation with Regional, Shippers, Customers as well as the Local Authorities.
  6. Coordinate and ensure the gas measurement operation and maintenance procedures are always updated, amended accordance to the latest technical approach and methodology.
  7. Assist in preparing of Facility Integrity Department budget by providing input and has responsibility for the measurement group’s budget, including monitoring and reporting of performance.
  8. Provide group’s report activities on a routine basis or as requested by Superior and responsible for ensuring promptness, accuracy and thoroughness in completion of administrative task assigned to his area, includes issuing of incident report, PR’s, etc.
  9. Responsible for ensuring that his sub-ordinates in his jurisdiction follow the safe working procedures during performance of their tasks.
  10. Provides advice and recommendation on technical problems encountered.
  11. Recommendation for approval on gas measurement system upgrading/modification works to be carried out.
  12. Developing plans and budget for the Section.

[Qualification]

  1. Bachelor degree in Instrumentation (most preferably), or Electrical.
  2. GPA 2.75 (minimum)
  3. 3-5 year of working experience in calibration, communication and metering system (preferably).
  4. Preferred those has working in Oil and Gas companies.
  5. Independent staff, able to work with minimum supervision and meets the Superior’s deliverables.
  6. Fluent in spoken and written English.
  7. Energetic, creative, self-motivated and result-oriented.
  8. Willing to travel to our operation field (Jambi, Pekanbaru and Batam)

Post : Economics Planning Officer (EPO)

[Qualification]

  1. Master degree in Finance, International Business from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
  2. Preferred candidate who has working experience in setting-up business plan, actively involved in marketing activities and posses the ability to formulate company strategic activities.
  3. Sound knowledge and familiar with financial modeling.
  4. Exposure in legal area of Oil & gas industry would be appreciated.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication
  6. Posses the ability to effectively interact with people at all levels and has self excellent in promoting himself as valuable person
  7. Willingness to travel extensively and the ability to work in an aggressive results-driven business environment.
  8. Strong leadership and highly motivated and able to maintain stable performance under pressure.
  9. Reliable, proactive, open, honest and co-operative person

Post : Gas Compressor Technician (GCT)

[Qualification]

1. D3 degree from reputable university, preferably from Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical.

2. For those with electrical background, having instrumentation experience is highly preferable.

3. Minimum cumulative GPA 2.75

4. Minimum 1 year working experience working at the same position.

5. Mature, highly motivated, result-oriented, and hard worker.

6. Willing to be stationed at JAMBI, PEKANBARU and BATAM.

Post : Lead Technician (LET)

[Qualification]

1. D3 degree from reputable university, preferably from Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

2. Having working experience for 2-3 years in gas compressor station in Oil & Gas company will be highly appreciated.

3. Minimum cumulative GPA 2.75

4. Minimum 4 years working experience at the same position or closely-related background.

5. Having experience in leading a team

6. Mature, highly motivated, result-oriented, and hard worker.

7. Willing to be stationed at JAMBI

Post : Document Control (DCO)

[Qualification]

1. Diploma or degree in any discipline from reputable university, preferable in IT.

2. Past experience in setting up project document system in oil and gas project using Microsoft Access.

3. Preferable candidate who has 4 years experience as Lead Document Control in oil and gas environment.

4. Minimum cumulative GPA 2.75

5. Sound English command in verbal and written

6. Mature, highly motivated, result-oriented, and hard worker.

[Job Description]

1. Propose and present overall master documentation system and integrated sub directories for PMT, PMC, EPCC, regulatory and etc.

2. Setup document database system using Microsoft access

3. Maintain & control project documentation and ensure filing & correspondence procedures are implemented according to the Project Procedures.

4. Responsible to maintain systematic filing system softcopy and hardcopy for all types of documents (correspondence, specification, procedure, datasheet, drawings, tendering process etc per Master register) and make copies for distribution to relevant project personnel.

5. Responsible to expedite and alert relevant PMT on documents due.

6. Responsible to update and record all the document in proper filing so as to avoid reviewing superseded documents.

7. Ensure accurate logging in of document in the Document Control computer system so as to produce regular document log on demand and on weekly basis.
