Requirements;
- Male or Female, maximum age 25
- Moderate computer skills, PC & Internet
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Ms.Word, Ms.Excel
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent documentations skills
- Good communication internal and external ( Customer Service Satisfaction Oriented)
- Diploma/bachelor degree from a recognized educational institution in computer science Office/Business Administration or a suitable combination of training and experience
- One year of experience in a customer service field or in a call center environment
