Urgently Required for Call Response Center Staff:
Requirements;

  • Male or Female, maximum age 25
  • Moderate computer skills, PC & Internet
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Ms.Word, Ms.Excel
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent documentations skills
  • Good communication internal and external ( Customer Service Satisfaction Oriented)
  • Diploma/bachelor degree from a recognized educational institution in computer science Office/Business Administration or a suitable combination of training and experience
  • One year of experience in a customer service field or in a call center environment
