We are looking for suitable person as a Retail Market Development Executive. Please see a detail description below:

Position Title : Retail Market Development Executive

Department : Sales

Reports to : Sales Manager - Indonesia

Primary Purpose:

He/She plays a key role in implementing the retail sales programs/activities, developing channel coverage across the country, building relationships with retailers, maintaining channel loyalties, administrating the distribution of marketing literatures, managing the channels conflicts and organizing new product training & road shows across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Responsible for overseeing the retail channels development & expansion.

Ø Organize the new products training, trade exhibition & road show activities.

Ø Implement channels sales programs & promotional activities to support sales.

Ø Co-ordinate joint sales & marketing activities with retailers/superstores.

Ø Provide feedback of competition and latest updates.

Ø Distribute marketing/products literatures, promotional materials & POP items.

Ø Manage stores-wide promotional activities & displays.

Ø Provide new products training/briefing and support road shows/events.

Ø Visit retailers & superstores on regular basis.

Ø Certain degree of travelling within Indonesia.

Ø Drive sales & build business relationships with key partners.

Key Relationships:

• Creativity skill

Qualification and experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Mass Communication / Computer Science.
• Background in sales / marketing.
• Minimum 3years of related experience in the retail account management in IT distribution business and have a wide network with IT resellers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, channel sales & presentation skills.
