HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Qualification :
* University degree in Psychology or equivalent
* Have experience min. 3 years in the same position
* Excellent in planning, organizing and measurement
* Strong leadership, initiative and communication skills
* Good understanding about industrial relation
* Able to develop an excellent community and environment by conducting consultation, training, seminars, etc

Main Responsibilities :
* HR including recruitment, industrial relations, employee development and compensation management.
* Training including annual planning, budgeting, coordinating and follow up.
* Operational HR department cost.
Development Responsibilities :
* To develop and maintain harmonious relationship with all levels of staff.
* To ensure timely implementation of corporate global HR and local market trends, policies and regulations.
