Organization Development Officer (OD – Off)
The Job:
Responsible to handle complete recruitment and assessment process. Handling performance management, career planning and development, change management, orientation and internal employee communication as well as supporting implementation of corporate programs in organization development.
The Person:
Hold S1 degree or similar professional qualifications in Human Resources from reputable University. Having minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar position in multinational environment. Have excellent knowledge in comprehensive recruitment and assessment process with high motivation and enthusiasm and be able to translate project plans into implementation.
