Principal Accountabilities:

To manage the Country Finance Functions in order to deliver high levels of organizational effectiveness through providing business support in terms of accounting, to ensure financial results are accurately reported, strategic business planning analysis and financial services in order to enable effective management decision making and to ensure the achievement of business objectives. Direct and coordinate cash management, credit control, accounts payable functions. To manage tax planning & reporting, compliance and internal control, legal, company secretarial functions, statutory company records, risk management, statutory and shareholders requirements.

Requirements & profile of successful candidates:

Indonesian, Male / Female, 40 - 45, Master Degree (S-2) in Business, CPA, 13-15 years working experience in USA / European Based Multinational FMCG Manufacturing Industries. Currently is holding Finance Director's position for the past three years with a USA / European based foreign multinational fast moving consumer goods manufacturing industries. Broad appreciation and understanding of economics, finance, business management and interrelationship between these disciplines. Strong functional and technical skills, supported with a wealth knowledge and strong exposures in manufacturing operations and business analysis. Thorough knowledge of company's financial policy and practices, high level of knowledge of computer systems, capital investment analysis and forecasting techniques are required. Good knowledge and experience with Sarbanes Oxley systems and procedures. Fluency in English both oral and written & knowledge of Mandarin is essential and a definite requirement.
