HR EXECUTIVE REQUIRED
Our client a national telecommunication service provider company is seeking highly caliber candidate to work in their head office in Jakarta as a Human Resource Executive (Code MR-HRE).
The Scope Of Work :
To link between management and employees, the objective is to provide specialized services to staff members including staff development, staffing, employee relations, compensations, benefits, human resource communications, performance management and training.
The Qualifications :
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
• Computer literate especially in MS Office

• Knowledge of HR Laws and legal requirements
• Ability to direct others and continue line of communication
• Knowledge of employee tax (Pph)
