Job Scope
To serves as a link between management and employees. The job requires individual to perform a variety of routine and complex administrative, technical and professional work in analyzing and administering an assigned functional area(s) of Fitness First Human Resources Systems.
To work within a small team environment, the objective is to provide specialized services to staff members including staff development, staffing, employee relations, compensations, benefits, human resource communications, performance management and training. The department’s goal is to foster positive relationships, to increase job satisfaction, and to ensure that all internal customer needs are met.
General Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of local employment and HR Laws and legal requirements
- Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible view, emotional maturity and physical stamina.
- Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment.
- Ability to direct others and continue line of communication·
