Our Client, a Multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, is now seeking for the position of :
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
(Code : RSM)
Responsibility:
- Manages the sales force selling corporate products to Jakarta area.
- Manages the activities of sales managers, supervisors and sales executives by planning, organizing, directing and controlling all the sales operations and activities.
- Plans, executes and implements business plans and strategies. Motivates sales force to sell products, through effective management of sales incentive, career development, reporting mechanism and one-on-one relationship building.
- Attains targeted sales goals and performance through effective management of the daily operations of the sales force.
- Analyzes various sales report to determine buyer/buying influences and sales to establish quotas.
- Resolves complex customer concerns regarding the sale/delivery of products with customer and internal departments such as marketing, trade marketing, logistic, accounting as well as production if necessary.
Qualification:
- Minimum of bachelor degree, and having at least 5-7 years experience in sales area.
- Currently working as a Senior Area Sales Manager at respective territory or Regional Sales Manager.
- Having extensive experience in sales planning and execution, and development of distribution channel.
- Proficient english, both written and spoken.
