<>Our Client, Target Sourcing Services/AMC, service company for the largest general merchandise retailer in U.S, is seeking for the following position: Hard Lines QA Manager (QA – HL) Qualification : Male, 30-40 years of age Minimum A bachelor degree Excellent command of the English language with understanding of other cultures/languages preferred Minimum 10 years managerial experience including factory production management experience or related business experience with proven track record Working knowledge of global market, previous employment in sizable US buying office or trading firm for US retail market Experience in driving world class manufacturing benchmark performance for inspection products Excellent management and leadership skills. Strong communication and team-building skills Mature, dedicated person Job Description : Manage and oversee quality assurance process and to provide technical resources and expertise to assure quality execution by vendors producing consumer hard good products for Indonesia office Lead, motivate and develop a team of hard lines inspectors to meet client’s expectations Oversees all corporate product safety programs including performance testing, investigation of product related complaints and the coordination of the corporate product recall process.
