Job Description :

As front liner you will report to Customer Service Supervisor and
responsible for handling incoming calls, customer's inquiry &
complaint, as well as assist to fill their needs, to maintain our
service excellence.

Requirements :

D3 or S1 with min 2 years experience in related experience
especially service industry

Fluent in English & PC literate

Pleasant personality & good communication skills

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM-EXP)

Job Description :

To identify and develop new opportunities by offering business
solutions to senior corporate decision makers from the customers

To develop specific vertical markets, i.e. : to develop business
plan, manage key development projects for the market

To manage key development projects for the target sectors, starting
from the analysis of detailed requirements, assessment of current
capabilities, development of a business case to qualify and quantify
the opportunity to TNT, project development, implementation and
review

To ensure consistent improvement of contribution in line with
targets identified in the business plans

Requirements :

Min. S1 degree from any kind of discipline

English must be fluent, another language is advantages

Excellent presentation and analytical skills

Posses own car and driving license

Sociable characteristics, confident to deal with senior level
management

Responsibility :

Implement computerized business application

Requirements :

MUST have experience as application / implementation consultant in
IT company or software house, at least two years

MUST have good knowledge project management skills (manage multiple
projects, track progress, meet them within tight deadlines)

Degree in Accounting

Good Command of English would be an added advantage
