Sales Marketing Controller (SMC)
This position provides financial support and analysis as business partner to Finance Director through the provision of timely accurate and insightful analysis.
The role is responsible for the financial control and integrity of the overall finance function, and focusing in sales & marketing with particular emphasis on improving capability and competency in trade spend control, marketing spend control, reporting and commercial analysis.
Job Requirement:
Ø The incumbent is expected to be a degree qualified accountant, with at least 8 years experience in a multinational FMCG environment.
Ø A strong understanding of Trade promotion structures, processes, controls and tracking mechanisms is expected.
Ø Experience in developing and leading a department team is necessary.
Ø Personal drive and commitment to improve processes, controls and develop people is imperative.
