Responsibilities:
· Actively maintain hi-potential leasing company in every regional (either province or island) territory
· Fully involving in creating aggressive leasing strategy
· Participate in customer requirements/product and following up
· Design aggressive leasing project and scheduling to support sales
· Plan and participate in project regular Sales
· Participate in “Sales & Marketing Network Development Meetings”.
· Maintain close cooperation with Main Dealers, Dealers and other Sales Channel as well; and Leasing Company.
· Stimulate continuous process improvement
Requirements:
· Dimension/KPIs (Indicate the main job dimensions and KPI’s)
· S1 Finance/Accounting Degree, MM or MBA is desirable
· At least 5 years of working experience in the Leasing Multinational Company, whereas at least 3 years of the total experience is as Retail Finance/Leasing Manager
· Willingness for traveling and ability to relocate
· Excellent communication skill
· Proficient user of the English language
· PC literacy
