Production Supervisor
Requirements:
* Min 10 years operating in the oil and gas industry.
* Comprehensive understanding in diverse field operations activities, experience in high H2S field is preferred.
* Strong Safety and Environment leadership
* Proven leadership qualities
* Effective in people development
* Ability in problem solving and decision making in process upsets
* Effective in setting personnel, individual and team goals aligned to the asset and corporate goals, Effective in the Management of Major Emergency (MOME) team
* Effective in planning and prioritizing work tasks
* Effective in controlling costs and managing Budgets.
* Effective communicator at all levels
* Fluent in English, oral and written
* Willing to be located in East Java with 2 week ON : 1 week OFF schedule.
