Finance Manager / Controller - Needed!!!

Our Client, Atlas Copco Indonesia (www.atlascopco.com), a sales company of industrial and construction equipment is seeking people to fill in manager position with following experiences and skills :

Finance Manager / Controller (FM/C)

Job description / Mission

This is a joint position of CMT Business Controller and ASAP Accounting Team Leader in Indonesia. Reporting to SEA Regional Business Controller and SEA Finance Services Manager.

You will be a member of the senior management team and will support and develop the local business and resources in line with their ambitious growth strategy.

To lead the ASAP Accounting Team in Indonesia, ensuring the delivery of quality finance services to internal customers in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Key Responsibilities:

Ø To secure an accurate application of the principles and guidelines in the 'The Way We Do' and that financial reporting and accounting matters are in accordance with FAM and local statutory rules

Ø To participate in business activities and thereby actively contribute in developing the business in accordance with the strategy and targets.

Ø Preparing and support of the company planning process.

Ø To raise "red flags" to operational whenever compliance with sound business principles are at risk.

Ø To manage, motivate, lead and develop the co located ASAP Accounting team

Ø To manage and support the team in the preparation and timely reporting of accurate financial information

Ø To ensure that all reporting deadlines are met in a timely manner

Ø Management of financial control procedures to ensure they are consistently applied.

Ø To participate in the implementation of any ASAP projects

Ø Liaison with auditors, banks and tax authorities

Ø To review and develop the finance team to ensure their competencies fulfill the requirements of their roles

Ø To regularly review, monitor and evaluate accounting processes and benchmark for best practice.

Experience requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience managing, leading and developing a team

Documented leadership skills

Experience from a shared/internal service provider environment will be an advantage

Experience of using ERP system would be an advantage

Knowledge / Educational requirements

University degree or equivalent with solid finance background

Proficient in English

Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Solid understanding of both Indonesia GAAP and International Accounting Standards

Personality requirements

Hard working and strong sense of responsibility

Good communication skills and team spirit

Able to work under pressure with high commitment

Strong customer focus and service minded

Strong leadership skills

Strong planning and organizing ability and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
