| | Our Client, one of public listed telecommunication company is seeking people to fill in manager position with following experiences and skills : WAP Manager (WAP) - Identify consumer needs & generate new content & application ideas to address the same
- Deployment of WAP applications & new content modules on existing VAS platforms
- Create innovative content packaging elements to add perpetual freshness to the content platforms & enhance usage
- Plan customer communication through internal trigger (Bulk SMS, Voice Dialers, Bill Envelopes, etc.)
- Coordination with marketing communication for mass media communication
- Close monitoring for content consumption & usage patterns, data analysis for consumer insights & content needs
- Sound understanding of VAS Platforms product processes – especially WAP based services
- Understanding of VAS billing models & mechanisms for both postpaid & prepaid segments
- Project Management Skills
