A well-established company in Engineering & Construction offshore oil & gas facilities is seeking for a highly qualified, experienced and motivated professional to fill in the following position at Oil Refinery Project in Indonesia (Jakarta & Surabaya) (Project Based & Permanent Based). Well Head Platform Installation Manager
(P/L) (Expatriate/National), One (1) Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Superintendent (P/L) in Offshore

Male/female, below 50 years

Minimum S1 Engineering from reputable university

Have strong knowledge in Engineering & Inspection Service that related to Oil & Gas

Familiar with Code & Standard such as ASTM, AWS, ASME, API and Migas Regulation.

Have 10 year related working experiences

3 years as Well Head Platform engineering & construction superintendent offshore oil & gas facilities

Knowledge in HSE & ISO would be an advantage

Good command of English (both spoken and written), Excellent leadership is a must, complied with good interpersonal skill and presentation. Mature, persistent, firm, team player and trustworthy.

Engineering Manager
Qualifications:

- Male/female, below 50 years

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Co-ordinate the works among Research and Development (R&D), Manufacturing Support (MS) and System Support (SS) to promote the best engineering solution, and to generate engineering design with advanced quality and efficiently manufacturability.

- Oversee market and technological trends for product development in line with engineering competencies.
- Ensure the design to be executed fulfils all technical requirement defined by the client, and complies with the respected international norms such as IEC, ISO, DIN, etc.
- Control design activities consisting of defining design-input, characterizing design-output, design database, design verification, design validation, design changes, and design Review.
- Review the performances of engineering department in line with periodical management report of activity.
- Carry out special task assigned by Technical Division Head related to engineering activities.

AUTHORITIES:

- Generate, verify, and validate the design of product and system including all related technical specification and engineering documents.
- Define standard design, limits of design adaptation, and future product.
- Validate technical specification quoted by the vendors in line with design requirement.
- Validate documents under his authorization as per Authorization Procedure, QP01-3.

Lead/Senior Process / Electrical / Instrument / Piping / Pipeline / Structure / Mechanical Engineer (LEAD)
Requirement:

Male/female, graduated from reputable university in Electrical / Chemical / Instrument / Piping / Pipeline / Structure / Mechanical / Petroleum engineer.
At least 5 years working experience in engineering & construction offshore oil & gas facilities
Good knowledge in electrical engineering and design.
Familiar with equipment related to high voltage part, medium voltage part, low voltage part and high rise building electrical part.
Familiar with international electrical norms and standard (such as IEC, ANSI, NEMA, etc)
Having an excellence computer skill, specially for Auto Cad and Microsoft Office
Ready to mobilize and work anytime and anywhere within territory of Indonesia.
Able to generate Single Line Diagram, Schematic Diagram, Cubicle Arrangement, Cable Schedule and Sizing based on the client's technical specification.
Able to creates the detail drawings based on the defined Technical Specification.
Good command in English, both written and spoken.
Able to develop Material Take off.
Able to generates technical proposal during the bid proposal preparation stage.
Have a good leadership to lead the engineering group within the project team.
Able to work independently and respect to the project time schedule defined.

Assignment:
To prepare and present technical profile relating to Process / Electrical / Instrument / Piping / Pipeline / Structure / Mechanical engineering, in order to assist the engineering manager in co-coordinating the development of a specific Project.

Job Description
1. Assist the management team to ensure compliance with Company Safety objectives throughout the life of the project
2. Review and approval of design engineering documents and drawings produced by EPSCI Contractors as part of ongoing development projects
3. Review and approval of construction procedures developed by EPSCI Contractors
4. Ensure all EPSCI Contractors electrical engineering and related documentation is produced in a timely fashion and in accordance with the project Contract
5. Follow up site engineering queries during the procurement and construction of EPSCI contracts
6. Provide assistance with inspection issues on and ongoing basis for existing company electrical installation
7. Provide assistance and input on electrical issues to Project teams responsible for bid preparation for future EPSCI / PO Contracts
8. Review of Contractors proposals for future EPSCI project
