expansion, we are looking for our team member to be placed in BALI.
HR COORDINATOR
R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S :
• Employees training and development activities, aligned with the
Human Resource goals in promoting and implementing strategies
throughout the units of Kayumanis Group,
• Act as liaison between Corporate Human Resource and business unit,
in absence of HR Coordinator
• Identifying training needs for all employees, based on the result
of performance appraisal,
• The person will be responsible for analyzing Human Resource system
and procedures to develop strategies and solutions to improve the
overall Human Resource processes.
R E Q U I R E M E N T S :
1. Male/Female, min 30 years old.
2. Min Bachelor degree in Management. Master degree in Human
Resource will be an ADVANTAGE
3. Having min. 3 years experience in all Human Resources areas
(recruitment, performance management, training, compensation
& benefit, and industrial relations area in order to
handling more than 400 employees)
4. Will be placed in BALI
5. Willing to travel around BALI
6. High capability to communicate in English
7. Ability to work proactively both independently and in a team.
