- Diploma III or university graduate
- Min GPA 2.75
- Creative, Ambitious, Hardworker, Assertive, Energetic
- Has the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Max Age 26 years old

Additional qualification for news presenter / reporter
- Has good interpersonal skills
- Photogenic, and is of medium built with minimum height of 160 cm

For female and 170 cm for male
