Our client, a principal of structure cabling from USA, is seeking individual to share their passion in pursuing professional excellence in the following position:
TECHNICAL MANAGER
Reporting to the Regional Director - ASEAN (Asia Pacific Headquarter) you will drive implementation of aggressive market development strategies, plans and activities to become no. 1 in Indonesia
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify needs/opportunities, key decision makers, influencers, users and technical/financial buyers through strategic selling
- Provide a consultative approach in gaining specification position for the entire range of datacom products
- Manage channel partners and operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery with superior pre- and post-sales services and support
- Provide quality service relationships and continuously solicit for new opportunities with existing accounts
- Cover business development activities which include initiating and developing sales into the existing and new markets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 7 years experience in Cabling design and work out proposal
- Experience in end user specification of products and technical knowledge in networking environment
- Having Cabling Design certification such as AMP, Systimax or Panduit would be an asset
- Extensive exposure and contracts within the structured cabling or related industries will be advantageous
- Highly motivated and independent individual with strong sales and client management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with drive and initiatives
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Overseas traveling for training purposes may be required
