CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER – MOBILE Technology – 5 X

Mobile Technology in Internet / Messaging / Payments / UOne

Responsibilities:

• Handling applications support and network support.
• To Suport Customers , develop workarrounds solutions and resolve the issues in specific time frames.
• To provide third party software and hardware installed at customer site.
• Configuration of phone system and troubleshooting of faults.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma level (preferred with engineering e.g. Communication, Electrical, Electronics or IT background)
• Good knowledge in HP-UX / Solaris / Linux , SQL
• Telco product knowledge
• Knowledge in mobile networking technologies.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in scripting is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
