A well-established company in Engineering & Construction (EPCI) offshore oil & gas facilities is seeking for a highly qualified, experienced and motivated professional to fill in the following position at Oil Refinery Project in Indonesia (Jakarta & Surabaya) (Project Based & Permanent Based). Well Head Platform CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

(P/L) (Expatriate/National), One (1) Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Superintendent (P/L) in Offshore

Male/female, below 50 years
Minimum S1 Engineering from reputable university
Have strong knowledge in Engineering & Inspection Service that related to Oil & Gas
Holding Migas & CSWIP/AWS Certificate
Familiar with Code & Standard such as ASTM, AWS, ASME, API and Migas Regulation.
Have 10 year related working experiences
3 years as Well Head Platform engineering & construction superintendent offshore oil & gas facilities
Knowledge in HSE & ISO would be an advantage
Good command of English (both spoken and written), Excellent leadership is a must, complied with good interpersonal skill and presentation. Mature, persistent, firm, team player and trustworthy.

Computer literate is an advantage

Requirement:

Male/female, graduated from reputable university in Electrical / Chemical / Instrument / Piping / Pipeline / Structure / Petroleum engineer.
At least 8 years working experience in engineering & construction offshore oil & gas EPCI facilities
Good knowledge in electrical engineering and design.
Familiar with equipment related to high voltage part, medium voltage part, low voltage part and high rise building electrical part.
Familiar with international oil & gas EPCI norms and standard (such as IEC, ANSI, NEMA, etc)
Having an excellence computer skill, specially for Auto Cad and Microsoft Office
Ready to mobilize and work anytime and anywhere within territory of Indonesia.
Able to generate Single Line Diagram, Schematic Diagram, Cubicle Arrangement, Cable Schedule and Sizing based on the client's technical specification.
Able to creates the detail drawings based on the defined Technical Specification.
Good command in English, both written and spoken.
Able to develop Material Take off.
Able to generates technical proposal during the bid proposal preparation stage.
Have a good leadership to lead the engineering group within the project team.

Assignment:

To prepare and present technical profile relating to Process / Electrical / Instrument / Piping / Pipeline / Structure / Mechanical engineering, in order to assist the engineering manager in co-coordinating the development of a specific Project.

Job Description

1. Assist the management team to ensure compliance with Company Safety objectives throughout the life of the project

2. Review and approval of design engineering documents and drawings produced by EPSCI Contractors as part of ongoing development projects

3. Review and approval of construction procedures developed by EPSCI Contractors

4. Ensure all EPSCI Contractors electrical engineering and related documentation is produced in a timely fashion and in accordance with the project Contract

5. Follow up site engineering queries during the procurement and construction of EPSCI contracts

6. Provide assistance with inspection issues on and ongoing basis for existing company electrical installation

7. Provide assistance and input on electrical issues to Project teams responsible for bid preparation for future EPSCI / PO Contracts

8. Review of Contractors proposals for future EPSCI project

Process / Electrical / Instrument / Pipeline / Structure Engineer (Engineer)

Requirement:

· Male/female, graduated from reputable university in Chemical / Electrical / Instrument / Petroleum / Structure / Mechanical engineer.

· At least 2 years working experience in engineering & construction offshore oil & gas facilities

· Good knowledge in Process / Electrical / Instrument / Pipeline / Structure / engineering and design.

· Familiar with equipment related to high voltage part, medium voltage part, low voltage part and high rise building electrical part.

· Familiar with international electrical norms and standard (such as IEC, ANSI, NEMA, etc)

Senior Project Manager for Oil & gas (PM)

Requirement:

Male/female, graduated from reputable university in Civil or

Process / Electrical / Instrument / Piping / Pipeline / Structure / Mechanical engineering and design.

At least 10 years experience as Project Manager in Engineering & Construction Offshore oil & gas facilities.
Fluent in English is a must.
Strong negotiation skill, analytical, proactive, self-
Motivated and problem solver.
Have strong and enormous network in engineering & construction offshore oil & gas facilities business.
Having an excellence computer skill.
Minimum S1 degree in engineering (Mechanical, chemical, Electrical/Instrumentation) with minimum 12 years experience in Engineering & Construction.
Candidate with academic degree S2/MBA or Management Diploma will be preferred.
The candidates shall have 2-3 experiences in Engineering Design Work. Further experience required in the past for planning, estimation, cost control, management of EPC projects in Engineering & construction offshore project sector.
The candidates must have experience independently in managing large industrial infra structure project.
Maximum 50 years old.

Pipeline CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Construction Site Representative (Code: CSR)

Assignment

To supervise, and control the project Construction Contractor in order to ascertain that the offshore oil & gas facilities will be build as per drawings, specifications, procedures, cost, and schedule.

Job Description

Assist the Project Manager to ensure Compliance with Company Safety objectives throughout the life of the project.
To establish a clear policy and general rules to be applied to each discipline, in order to have a coherent and homogeneous Construction Team
To give clear instructions and responsibilities to all members of Team in order that they feel at ease and motivated
To be convinced as all members of the Team that, in addition to quality and good engineering practice, planning and cost must be a permanent concern
To make necessary arbitration between different disciplines, the only criteria being the benefit of the overall project
To maintain good relationship with Contractors, being flexible enough but also strict when necessary to achieve the objectives of the Project
To liaise with Safety, Cost, Planning, and Administration sections to improve effectiveness of Team
Represent project regarding the specific contract or purchase order, protecting company's interests and influencing decisions
Keep informed the project manager of all events which may effect the successful completion of the project goals
Ensure Technology transfer and training of those junior staff supervised

Requirements

Typically 15 year's relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a EPCI Construction managerial role within a project in oil and gas industry
Recognized level of expertise in a construction
Significant responsibility in multi-discipline teams or projects
Fluent spoken and written English.
Strong leadership and communication skill

MATERIAL CONTROL ENGINEER

- S-1 degree (bachelor) in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university/college

- Having knowledge on welding code, standard, specification, isometric/ structural drawing in construction or offshore oil & gas facilities

- Familiar with various material specification, mill certificates and material verification, especially for structural and piping

- Familiar with material verification, inventory and clerical job including material expediting and receiving Computer literate and able to prepare and manage material database

- Able to operate Material Control Software (SAP, etc)

- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience as material engineer in EPCI Company
