Sales Manager USA Based MNC Medical Devices

§ Head Office Jakarta located in Jl. Jend Gatot Subroto. Responsible to build a profitable business and achieve the company's objectives by developing and expanding the business through effective leadership as well as managing the achievement of sales target in line with the agreed marketing and sales strategy.

§ To manage the sales and product promotion / marketing functions in order to achieve the agreed sales target by implementing the marketing & sales programs.

§ Establish and reinforce the awareness and knowledge of the products by developing partnership and professional relationship with key opinion leaders comprises of Cardiologists as well as Pulmonologists and other Specialists. Provide them with all scientific backup materials including continuous presentation, symposium, and other scientific programs.

Qualification & Requirements:

§ Indonesian, Male / Female, 32- 40, Medical Doctor, Life Sciences/ graduates of Academy Electro Medical / Other Relevant Health Care Education, S-2 (MM / MBA degree) is an advantage. 10-12 years successful working experience in Sales Management with multinational medical devices manufacturing company (principal) or National Distributor for medical devices.

§ Currently is holding Sales Manager's position with a foreign multinational / national distributor for medical devices. Experienced in selling the medical devices such as respiratory products will be a great advantage.

§ Entrepreneur minded, coupled with an excellent and broad business vision. Shows a high degree of initiative and problems solving skills. Assertive, results driven person, trustworthy, energetic strong drive to excel and to be successful.

§ Proactive with outgoing personality, supported with vast network among Medical Doctors, Cardiologists, Pulmonologists & other key opinion leaders, and Hospital Management. Thorough knowledge of health care and medical devices value chain process.
