Finance Officer,Data & Information Assistant,ICT/Education Hotspots Technical Advisor required in RTI International (Medan Based)

RTI International is currently implementing the USAID-funded
Decentralized Basic Education (DBE) 1 Project in Indonesia. The
project aims to strengthen education management and governance
capacity at the district and school level. Key stakeholders include
Bupati’s Office, Bappeda, Dinas Pendidikan, DPR, Dewan Pendidikan,
School Committee, Civil Society Organizations and School Heads.

RTI International is seeking experienced and highly motivated
individuals to assist in the delivery of the DBE1 program. You should
have strong communication skills, computer literacy, willingness to
travel extensively, ability to learn and work both independently and
as part of a team.



Finance Officer

Medan Based (Full-time)

As finance officer you will manage the overall financial operation
and documentation of the DBE1 – North Sumatra program with the
assistance of an administrative assistant. You will be responsible
for the coordination of annual budgeting, oversee the finance
operations, and prepare the financial reporting for internal and
external stakeholders.

You will need 3 years of proven experience in Financial and Budget
Management, high level of numeracy and financial reporting skills,
and the ability to work with minimum supervision.



Data & Information Assistant
Medan Based (Full-time)
As Data & Information Assistant you will be responsible updating and
maintaining the DBE1 Project Data Management System (PDMS), updating
of related provincial information from within the integrated DBE
project website, and provide basic IT backstopping for the program.

You will need 3 years of experience in database and website
management as well as a willingness to undertake data entry work on a
regular basis.



ICT/Education Hotspots Technical Advisor

Medan Based (Short-term – 6-8 weeks)

As ICT/Education Hotspots Technical Advisor you will assist the DBE1
team in developing and delivering an ICT Education Management and
Governance grant proposal application mechanism for DBE North Sumatra
programming regions.

You will need at least 5 years working experience in computer science/
informatics technique/information systems with entrepreneurship/
business plan background experience on Education Hotspots and ICT[1]
Innovation. Post graduate formal degree education background is
preferable.
