The Role

· Expose to various areas in marketing job, mainly promotion – both consumer and trade promotion. It is responsible for assisting a higher level marketing person in the initiation and execution of selected marketing projects for certain brands.

The person

· D3 degree in Management/Marketing, S1 would be an advantage

· Familiar with basic consumers promotions and various type of sales / trade promotion and its process, ever involved in promo activities.

· Age between 25-30 years old.

· English proficiency (able to read and write)

· Computer literate (word, excel, power point)

· Willing to work under pressure

Principal Accountability:

§ Managing the overall sales & distribution operation of his respected area, which includes the development of effective sales infrastructure, the appointment of Wholesalers / Sub-distributors, management of sales-force and distributors' activities, improvement of sales coverage and distribution points to ensure achievement of company objectives (volume, value, market share, profitability). Responsible for the branch costs and delivering the sales volumes in the area, through his team of dedicated sales force and distributors.

§ Accountable for developing partnership with the Regional Distributors / wholesalers, and key customers to ensure the achievement of company objectives.

Requirements & Profile of successful candidates:

§ Indonesian, Male 28- 35, S-1 Degree in Management / Marketing / Social Science, Foods Technology, 3-5 years working experience in Multinational / Local Foods / FMCG Manufacturing Industries or reputable National Distribution companies for fast moving consumer goods.

§ Experienced in selling fast moving consumer goods such as cooking oil & and margarine, bakery ingredients, chocolate fillings, snacks, confectionaries, dairy milk, beverages, biscuits / wafers, toiletries- shampoos, toothpaste, detergents, coffee, tea, or other consumer goods.

§ Preferably those who currently live and work based in Ujung Pandang, Bandung, or Palembang as Area Sales Manager or Area Sales Supervisor. Persistent with strong selling skills, coupled with effective presentation and negotiation skills.

§ Strong interpersonal communication skills and able to develop and maintain relationship with people at all level. Resourceful & creative. Hands-on style, prepared to roll up his sleeves to get things done, accustomed to work under pressure. Proven track record of sales achievements over a sustainable period. Fluency in English is essential and a definite requirement. Computer literate.
