1. Title Position: SITE PROJECT MANAGER
§ Job Function : Coal Mining Operation
§ Key Role & Responsibilities:
o General management of pit coal mining operation.
o General management of operating heavy equipments.
o Manage labors and staff in the site.
o Work location is in South Kalimantan or South Sumatera.
§ Technical Requirement:
o Minimum graduate S1, major in mining or geology.
o Age min. 44 years old, male.
o Work experience minimum 12 years including 5 years with coal mining company.
§ Other Qualification
Strong leadership and good organizational skill (efficient time management, good coaching and delegation skill).
§ Benefits
o Net basic salary up to IDR 15,000,000/month (13 times per year).
o Other benefits will be arranged according to company’s policy.
2. Title Position: MINE PLAN SUPERINTENDENT
§ Job Function : Gathering data and making planning for coal mine
§ Key Role & Responsibilities:
o Gathering and collection mine data.
o Processes it with Mincom/Minscape or others
o Making short/long plan.
o Evaluation the progress.
o Can calculate the capacity of heavy equipment, etc.
o Work location is in South Kalimantan or South Sumatera.
§ Technical Requirement:
o Minimum graduate S1, major in mining or geology.
o Work experience minimum 2 years at this position with coal mining company.
§ Other Qualification
Strong leadership and good organizational skill (efficient time management, good coaching and delegation skill)
§ Benefits
o Net basic salary up to IDR 10,000,000/month (13 times per year)

3. Title Position: PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
§ Job Function : Conducing activity of coal mining production.
§ Key Role & Responsibilities:
o Having a good leadership.
o Have clear on giving instruction.
o Have been operating coal mining with capacity 3 mil.ton/years ( coal ) and 28 bcm ton/years ( ob ).
o Work location is in South Kalimantan or South Sumatera.
§ Technical Requirement:
o Minimum graduate S1, major in technical mining or geology.
o Age. Min. 35 years old, male.
o Work experience minimum 3 years as a Production Superintendent with coal mining company.
§ Other Qualification
Strong leadership and good organizational skill (efficient time management, good coaching and delegation skill)
§ Benefits
o Net basic salary up to IDR 11,000,000/month (13 times per year).

4. Title Position: REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER
§ Job Function : Supervising the conducting of Heavy Equipment maintenance
§ Key Role & Responsibilities:
o Maintain a heavy equipment and trouble shooting.
o Deep understanding of component and engine overhaul.
o Deep understanding of part catalogue and service manual.
o Work location is in South Kalimantan.
§ Technical Requirement:
o Minimum Young graduate, major in Mechanical.
o Age min. 35 years old, male.
o Work experience minimum 10 years at related area including with coal mining company.
§ Other Qualification
Strong leadership and good organizational skill (efficient time management, good coaching and delegation skill)

5. Title Position: SAFETY SUPERINTENDENT
§ Job Function : Implementing of Indonesian mine safety regulations.
§ Key Role & Responsibilities:
o Implementing safety regulations.
o Investigating the safety issue.
o Improving the awareness of preventing injuries and any illnesses such as; safety or environmental incident.
o Attended the related courses/seminar.
o Manage labors and staff in the site.
o Work location is in Jakarta, occasionally travel to site.
§ Technical Requirement:
o Minimum graduate S1, major in mining or geology.
o Age min. 38 years old, male.
o Work experience minimum 7 years at related area especially in coal mining company.
§ Other Qualification
Strong leadership and good organizational skill (efficient time management, good coaching and delegation skill).
